About Me

I have been training for the past 6 years now. When I was 14 years old, I became obsessed with getting results from hard work. It never lets you down. However, In the beginning, I knew nothing. I was not training properly. It took me 1-2 years before I learned how to train most efficiently. During this time, I could have made triple the results, if only I had an accurate plan to follow, based on legitimate scientific information and research. This is the reason that I am extremely excited to be able to share everything that I have learned in the past 6 years with you guys.

I love helping people reach their goals and that is the exact reason which motivated me to create my workout guides. I will be sharing all the tips, tricks and correct workouts that I have accumulated after years of research and personal conversations with Ph.D. professors like Mike Israetel and Bret Concreas.
